The State of Anesthesia Overseas.*

Abstract

IN PRESENTING the present address, allow me first to express appreciation of the high honour done me in allowing me to give you some account of the "State of Anesthesia Overseas".

It is proposed to approach the subject from three aspects, viz. (1) the methods (2) the apparatus (3) the men.
