Possible Air Embolism During Eye Surgery

To the Editor:
The case report "Possible Air Embolism During Eye Surgery" (1) appears on the cover index as "Severe Eye Embolism During Eye Surgery." This is preceded by "What Determines Satisfaction with Cataract Care" (2).
Presumably patients would be more satisfied if their eyes stay in place and do not wander during the surgery!
