,there is an error in the Methods of Medication Administrationsection on page 668. Under the subheading Perioperative Management,in the first line of the second paragraph, it states that the"Guidelines for perioperative BG management for patients oninsulin pumps are listed in Figure 1," It should read, "Guidelinesfor perioperative BG management for patients on insulin pumpsare listed in Table 2." Table 2 was not published in the originalarticle in error and is given below. The authors regret theerror.
