Clip 1: Midesophageal four chamber view at 00 on transesophageal echocardiography after injection of agitated saline in the femoral vein. Note that a large quantity of contrast is entering the left atrium and left ventricle. Contrast is also seen in the right ventricle.

Clip 2: Modified mid-esophageal four chamber view at 00 on transesophageal echocardiography after the second surgical repair and injection of agitated saline in the femoral vein. Note that contrast fills up the right atrium and right ventricle, but no contrast appears in the left atrium and left ventricle.
