We agree with Rothman et al. (1) that there is an error in the indicated tables from our study (2). Unfortunately, we are unable to correct the apparent errors, since we cannot find the dataset upon which the manuscript’s results are based. We regret that this is the case and will correct these errors if we are able to locate this dataset.
