    Video Loop 1: On further interrogation this structure seemed to be attached to the papillary muscles with chordae like strands.
  • Echo Loop 2 -
    Video Loop 2: The structure extended well into LVOT during systole causing a gradient of 40 mm Hg with continuous wave Doppler (CWD) and showing turbulence on Color flow Doppler (CFD).
