    The pre-bypass intraoperative TEE revealed mild global hypokinesis with an EF of 40-45% as well as 3+ central AI.
  • Echo Loop 2 -
    The patient underwent CABG x4 and aortic valve replacement with a 25mm pericardial tissue valve (Thermafix®) and was successfully weaned from bypass without pressor or inotropic support.
