ERRATA

In the May 2000 article by Kopman et al. (2000;90:1191–7), "The Alternate Method for Estimating the Dose-Response Relationships of Neuromuscular Blocking Drugs," there was an error in Figure 1. The y axis should be labeled "Percent Effect in Logits." In addition, the final line of the legend should read "... with a mean value of approximately 4.75. 50% effect = 0.00 logits, 95% effect = 1.28 logits." This does not change the results in any way other than to provide the correct information as demonstrated in the figure.

In the May 2000 Book and Multimedia Reviews (2000;90:1252–5), the price for the Anesthesiologist’s Manual of Surgical Procedures is incorrect; the correct price is $90.00.

On the cover of the May 2000 issue of Anesthesia & Analgesia, the Society for Intravenous Anesthesia was incorrectly identified as the Society for Intravenous Anesthesiologists. The publisher apologizes for this error.
