  • LOOP1 - Loop 1 Midesophageal echocardiographic oblique view of the descending thoracic aorta at 70 degrees showing a saccular aneurysm in the same patient as Figure 3. Doppler color flow can be seen extending from the aortic lumen into the aneurysmal sac after placement of the endograft.
  • LOOP2 - Loop 2 Midesophageal echocardiographic long axis view of the descending thoracic aorta (desc aortic LAX view) showing a type IB endoleak from the distal end of the endograft. The flow can be seen extending from within the endograft into the aneurysmal sac.
  • LOOP3 - Loop 3 Midesophageal echocardiographic long axis view of the descending thoracic aorta (desc aortic LAX view) showing a type IIA endoleak from a aortic branch vessel into the aneurysmal sac.
