  • Video - Videomicroscopy images of lipid microemboli (LME) noted in cerebral pial-cortical vessels in rats. Marrow fat was injected into the right atrium and hypotension was treated with epinephrine and saline infusion. Three brief video segments are shown after resuscitation (3 rats) illustrating dynamic characteristics of LME: fragmentation, streaming and erosion.
