My clinical interests include neurosurgery, major colorectal surgery and gastrointestinal endoscopy. My research interests include intravenous anaesthesia and sedation, depth of anaesthesia monitoring and large multi-centre trials. I am a Councillor of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and the Chair of their Research Committee.
