Professional Interests
After majoring in English at the University of Maryland and working in the Department of Anesthesiology at Columbia University, it is an honor to be a part of the A&A team as the Editorial Assistant to Dr. Steven Shafer. It is extremely exciting to be working with the talented and dedicated individuals that have made A&A a premier international medical journal. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, reading, writing, and traveling. I also try to spend time volunteering with various organizations that promote medical research and humanitarian causes such as UNICEF, Women for Women International, the Alzheimer’s Association, and AIDS.
