Once payment is received, you will receive an acknowledgement letter containing your customer account number. You will need this customer number to access A&A Online. The first time you access A&A Online, you will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription:

Your customer account number (included with the letter)

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address
